Our cleaning services
We offer a wide range of cleaning services to suit your needs.( 4 hrs as our minimum booking). To avoid house cross-contamination, we kindly ask that clients provide their own machinery, such as vacuum cleaners, rugs, and towels.

Pricing & Services Statement
I charge $30 per hour tax not included (tax is $15) for cleaning services and can provide a tax receipt for declared service payments.
Before your first cleaning, I’ll visit your home or do a detailed virtual estimate over the phone to provide a free estimate. During this visit/virtual detailed call, we can discuss your cleaning needs, priorities, and expectations. Together, using the cleaning pages above, we’ll create a custom cleaning schedule based on your budget and preferences.

Common questions
1. How do you determine the price for cleaning?
Price is based on the size of the space, the chosen package, and any extra add-on services requested. First-time deep cleans or move-in/move-out services usually cost more due to the extra time and detail required.
2. Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?
We offer both options: Hourly rate (common for basic or maintenance cleaning) and Flat rates (preferred for deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or packages where clients want an all-in price upfront).
3. Are cleaning supplies included in the cleaning price?
Only basic cleaning supplies are included. Eco-friendly products are available upon request. If a client prefers us to use their own products, we are open to that as well.
4. Do you offer discounts for regular clients?
Yes, clients receive discounts when they refer our services to others.
5. What’s the difference between a Basic clean and a Deep clean?
Basic clean: Regular upkeep - dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Deep clean: More detailed - inside appliances, baseboards, grout scrubbing, behind furniture and cabinets, etc.
6. Do I need to be home during cleaning?
If you wish to be. Otherwise, clients provide access (keys or codes). We are trusted and reliable and can work whether you are at home or away.
7. Are your prices negotiable?
We always aim to provide fair pricing. Packages are fixed for transparency, but we can adjust based on frequency, special needs, or long-term contracts.
8. Do you clean after renovations or for real estate showings?
Yes, our platinum package covers post-renovation and move-in/move-out cleans. We also offer tailored real estate staging cleans to make homes look spotless for viewing.
Extra fees and surcharges
Travel fares may apply for orders that are very far from Montreal. Extra dirty homes that haven't been cleaned frequently, or have been neglected and require deep cleaning, take more extra time and labor to professionally clean. These details are discussed when clients book our services.
